All Hail The Mother

I hear they are making a movie on the life and times of Sonia Gandhi. This of course makes her a bit of a living legend as far as politicians go. Even Rajeev Gandhi did not get this sort of honor. Neither did Indira. No one decided to make a movie about their lives while they were still alive. And a movie about Vajpayee? Yes, I hear the laughter too.

I will watch this movie of course. I will watch it closely and try to get a sense of the attributes that someone must possess or cultivate to enable her to rule over a nation of a billion people. A billion foreigners.

I personally think that the Imperial British needlessly committed a lot of money and troops in their troubles to conquer and rule India. It could have been done rather simply and without much fuss, as Sonia has just demonstrated so convincingly. All it needed was a bit of social engineering.

All Hail Sonia, the Brilliant White Mother Goddess. We bow to Thee.

And thank you for governing us skinny brown assed bastards. May your rule be long and fruitful.
